Sometimes “That’s the way it is (whatever “that” is for you)” and complaining only compounds the problem!
Now what? When problems, come we have to learned to ask empowering questions:
- What are options/alternatives?
- If this were to happen to a friend, what advise would you give them (e.g., think like a mentor, not a victim).
- Who can I talk to (e.g., will a social group or forum help, family/friend, a business/personal mentor)?
- Learn to think outside the book (e.g., one friend posts “tough questions” on Facebook, including request for advise on parenting, remarrying and current events.
- My number one option is quiet time, prayer and meditation. Sometimes we just need to be still, calm and allow the answers to come to us. Pray still changes this. “Peace Be Still,” it’s biblical (Mark 4:38-40, KJV)
Most important, we are never alone.
“Life is like a video game, you don’t get to the next level until you master the one your on. Master this level!”
