CONDITIONING … FOR THE WINTER SNOW RUN

Fall leaf raking is conditioning for the heavier winter snow runs

…But, be careful out there:  Wet leaves are heavier than snow flakes and you might break a tooth (if you are a “Do It Yourselfer).

NOTE: For the “more motivated,” now would be a great time to start working on your  winter conditioning and your Spring/Summer  body.  Call me when it’s over (joking, but … when it’s over)!
