Faith has requirements, lip service just won’t do. Have you heard “ye asked nothing in my name (John 16:24),” was that message meant for you? Mic Check: When trouble(s) come, who do you call: he, she, it (whatever your “fix” is), them or HIM. Is “In God We Trust” just a $ sign? Do you know faith has fruit, do you know the signs? Is “Study to show thyself approved (2 Timothy 2:15)” top of mind?
IMPORTANT: When you are in a moment of turmoil, “disbelief” or trials are challenging your faith, take a prayer closet break (e.g., a personal time-out from the “virtual world”). Get centered and in tune with the real world (i.e., it’s spiritual; Ephesians 6:12). Now, Reconnect, Recharge and Redeploy!
Note: You have one mouth and two ears – listen more than you talk! God has something to say, if you’ve got time to listen! p.s., take notes/journal, it may help!
