PRIVATE INVESTOR: YOU ENTERPRISES

You are a private investor in the publicly traded “YOU Enterprises!”  Whether you are a FTE, Contract-For-Hire, C-Level Executive or Business-For-Self/Consultant for life, you own controlling interest in “YOU Enterprises.”  REMEMBER:  

• You are only as valuable as the value you add. 
• Drones need not apply – private investor are actively funding enterprise ventures, including tool sharpening!
• If not actively investing, you may inadvertently be a part of the assembly line or automated system (i.e., a removable/interchangeable part; easy to replace; a low risk/low loss human resource).  Checkpoint: Ensure you do not fit this description!
• To be human and adding value is not an automation.  You are an initiator, inventor and innovator!  Checkpoint: If you are on autopilot (e.g., retired on the job), are you still adding value (e.g., is technology passing you by – from the server of yesterday to the CLOUD today; “SME” today, GONE tomorrow).
• Don’t make the mistake of forgetting to “SHARPENING YOUR TOOLS,”  AS YOU MAY BE INTENTIONAL (NOT ACCIDENTALLY) REPLACED!
• If “YOU Enterprises” is “not your job (your #1 investment priority), you may soon be looking for a new funding source! 

IMPORTANT: Your private investments are always on display for the “value added,” until you are terminated, retired or recalled by the creator.  NOTE: Ageism, sexism and discrimination are still very real; unemployment at anytime can feel surreal.  Stay sharp/keep sharpening –  talent still rises to the top and progressive companies still want the “sharpest knife in the drawer.”  Strive to be that, for “YOU Enterprises!
